Our Mission Statement

Melissa is a former owner of a care home in North Bucks, specialising in the care of those living with dementia. Melissa is keen to represent the views and challenges of all areas of the care sector, but specifically small privately-owned care homes, which have to deal with the challenges of running a care home without the support of larger structures. 

Melissa also works with adults with learning disabilities and has been supporting and working with the Chilterns Gateway club for the past eight years.

Greg is Franchisee Owner of Walfinch Mid & South Bucks, delivering domiciliary and live-in care.

Involved in the care sector since 2016  after a 24-year career running his own marketing and design agency.

Greg believes in developing good working relationships with other providers and all stakeholders that work within the care sector – open communication is key and this is what he brings from his previous life in marketing and communications.

Khaled has been Managing Director of Sunnyside Nursing Home, which specialises in nursing and dementia care in Iver.

Khaled has been involved in every aspect of care home management from building teams to acquisitions, turnarounds to redevelopment projects.

With a background in manufacturing systems and technology, Khaled has a particular focus looking at the role of technology and digital transformation to support better care. He is the CEO and Founder of Qwikify, a tech start-up, which has developed a new digital care planning solution.

Peter is a seasoned professional in health and social care, with a proven track record as the Owner of Salveo Care, which operates two care and nursing homes in South Bucks. 

Peter is passionate about the values and opportunities presented by a care providers association and actively promotes the sharing of knowledge and expertise within the sector. 

Peter underscores the importance of collective strength, network opportunities, and representation for care providers of all sizes, especially in navigating challenges posed by Government, CQC, NHS and local authorities.

Rishi has over ten years of hands-on experience leading Chiltern Care Services. He is a highly experienced domiciliary care operator with Caremark (West Berkshire, Reading & South Oxfordshire).  A Qualified Chartered Accountant, he has previous experience working in corporate finance at Rothschild & Co and PwC.

Will is Founder and Managing Director of TrustonTap and has extensive experience in social care and healthcare, both in UK and overseas 

Will spent over 20 years in Boots, with a wide variety of roles in buying, marketing and general management including taking the brand across North America, Asia and Middle East.

Will set up TrustonTap to connect experienced and vetted personal assistants directly with those needing care and support at home.
