The UK Government supports overseas recruitment and has added care roles to the Skilled Worker Visa.
Overseas recruitment isn’t for everyone.
It’s a serious commitment with significant responsibilities on the employer.
Most say the benefits outweigh the challenges, cost and effort involved.

South East Grant Scheme
The Government has made funding available to support international recruitment into the adult social care sector during the 2023-24 financial year.
This funds grants of £1,500 to help Buckinghamshire CQC-registered providers recruit overseas workers.
You can apply for up to two grants.
