Same price whatever the size of your service. Your service must have a Buckinghamshire address, or you deliver services in the County.

From 2 to 5 CQC services

£150 +

£150 for the first location and £100 for each additional location, up to a maximum of 5 (a total of £550). All must have Buckinghamshire addresses, or you deliver services in the County.

For 6 or more CQC services

£750

A flat rate of £750 for a provider which operates services at 6 or more locations with Buckinghamshire addresses, or delivering services in the County.

Non-CQC-registered services

For all non-CQC-registered services such as day services

Single service

£75

This category is for you, if you deliver care and support services for adults in Buckinghamshire, but you do not need to be registered with CQC.

Multiple services

£100

This category is for you, if you deliver care and support services for adults in Buckinghamshire in more than one location, but you do not need to be registered with CQC.

Individual Personal Assistants

£50

This category is for you, if you are a self-employed Personal Assistant delivering care and support in Buckinghamshire. Groups of PAs are not eligible.
